Agarwal Industrial Corporation Limited is an India-based integrated petrochemical company. The Company is engaged in the business activities of ancillary infra, which is the manufacturing and trading of bitumen and allied products, logistics of bitumen and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and energy generation through windmills. The Company operates through three segments: ancillary infra (Bituminous and Allied products), logistics, and windmill. Its bituminous product range includes Viscosity-Grade Bitumen, Industry-Grade Bitumen, Modified Bitumen (Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen / Polymer Modified Bitumen), Bitucoat, Bituplast, Bitupremier, Bitumen Emulsions, Bitumen Paints, and Bitumen Insulation Material. It owns a fleet of approximately 10 vessels, with a total carrying capacity of over 102,049 metric tons (MT) of bulk bitumen and bulk liquid cargo. The Company operates manufacturing plants in Taloja, Belgaum, Baroda, Cochin, Guwahati, Pachpadra, and Hyderabad.
