RPS serves over 250 customers and provides a comprehensive portfolio of over 2000-plus programs, including collaborations with major technology OEMs like Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, VMWare, RedHat, Citrix, Veritas and Symantec. In FY23, NIIT increased its ownership in RPS Consulting to 90% through the acquisition of an additional 20% stake in the company.

• NIIT reported an operating profit of ₹7.00 crore in Jun 2026, compared with ₹1.66 crore in Mar 2026, representing an increase of 521.69% on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis.
• NIIT reported a profit of ₹7.52 crore in Jun 2026, compared with ₹3.48 crore in Mar 2026, reflecting an increase of 316.09% on a QoQ basis.
• The earnings per share (EPS) of NIIT stood at ₹3.41 during Jun 2026.
