Dev Accelerator Limited is an India-based flex space operator. The Company’s comprehensive office space solutions include sourcing office spaces, customizing designs, developing spaces and providing technology solutions to provide complete asset management. Its primary focus is on serving large corporates by offering managed office solutions. It serves over 230 clients and 25 Centers across 11 cities in India, with 13,140 seats covering a total area under management of 806,635 square feet. Its clientele comprises large corporates, MNCs and SMEs, to whom it offers a variety of flexible office space solutions, such as managed office spaces and coworking spaces, as well as design and execution services through its subsidiary, Neddle and Thread Designs LLP. The Company has operations across 11 cities, including Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Indore, Jaipur, Udaipur, Rajkot and Vadodara.
