About Technocraft Ventures Limited

Technocraft Ventures is a multidisciplinary public infrastructure development company engaged in the execution of turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contracts.
Incorporated in 1998, the company started its business in Uttar Pradesh by executing residential building and road construction projects before expanding into wastewater management. The company undertakes turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects. Its operations cover water & wastewater infrastructure, including water supply schemes, sewerage networks, sewerage treatment plants (STPs), wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), transmission mains, reservoirs, trenchless and micro-tunnelling works.
The company also executes roads and highways projects, electrical transmission projects, urban infrastructure projects such as residential buildings, and provides operation & maintenance (O&M) services for public utility infrastructure. Over the years, it has delivered projects under major government programmes such as AMRUT, JNNURM, UIDSST, Namami Gange, Jal Jeevan Mission and PMGSY.
Technocraft Ventures has also executed infrastructure projects funded by the Asian Development Bank. The company mainly works on projects which are awarded by state governments and government agencies across North and Central India. Its key markets include Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. In recent years, it has also expanded its presence into Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Odisha.
As of July 15, 2026, the company had ongoing projects with a balance work value of ₹1,320.7 crore, including O&M contracts. Out of this, ₹917.6 crore represents the unexecuted value of 7 joint venture projects. The total order book stood at ₹1,947.7 crore (excluding taxes), comprising 13 water & wastewater infrastructure projects worth ₹1,856.2 crore, 1 roads and highways project worth ₹66.5 crore and five O&M projects worth ₹24.8 crore. In addition, the company has emerged as the L1 bidder for an AMRUT 2.0 project awarded by the Delhi Jal Board valued at ₹196.4 crore.
Water & Wastewater Infrastructure remained the company's largest business segment, contributing 85.4% of revenue, or ₹294.76 crore, during FY26. Roads and highways contributed 12.8%, or ₹44.4 crore, while O&M contributed 1.6%, or ₹5.7 crore. Urban Infrastructure and Electrical Transmission did not contribute any revenue in FY26, compared with 8.8% and 7.5%, respectively, in FY25. Rajasthan was the company's largest market, contributing 63.1% of revenue in FY26 followed by Uttar Pradesh at 25.5% and Delhi with 10.3%.
Government departments and government agencies contributed 99.98% of the company's revenue in FY26, amounting to ₹344.9 crore. This is much higher than 81.3% in FY25 and 77.1% in FY24, indicating that the company is almost entirely dependent on government projects. Revenue from private sector clients was just 0.02% in FY26, compared to 18.6% in FY25 and 22.9% in FY24. In FY26, Top 10 customers contributed 95.6% of total revenue, with the largest single customer contributing 24.5%. The company had served 19 customers during the year, of which 47.3% were repeat customers on a PAN-wise classification.
As of July 15, 2026, the company had laid more than 1,200 km of sewer pipelines across cities including Kota, Kotputli, Bikaner, Indore, Ghaziabad, Agra, Udaipur, Etah, Pilakhuwa and Jaunpur. Out of this, nearly 750 km has already been commissioned. It has also completed STP projects with capacities of 56 MLD in Ghaziabad, 3 MLD in Pilkhuwa and 40 MLD in Shahjahanpur. These projects are supported by O&M contracts with tenures of up to nearly 10 years. As an independent bidder, it won 13 contracts out of 36 net bids submitted between FY24 and July 2026, resulting in a bid conversion ratio of 36.11%. As the lead partner in joint ventures, it secured 6 projects out of 8 bids. However, it did not win any project when participating only as a non-lead joint venture partner, with 0 awards out of 3 bids.
According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), urban India generated 72,368 MLD of wastewater during 2020–21, nearly double the 39,604 MLD generated in rural areas. This creates an increasing need for sewage treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities and modern sewerage infrastructure, particularly in urban areas. By 2050, India’s demand for water is projected to rise to 1,180 billion cubic metres. Of this, nearly 70% is likely to be used for agriculture, around 9% for drinking water, about 7% for industries and around 6% for energy generation.
The Indian government continues to pump money into water and sanitation infrastructure. The Union Budget for FY26-27 has provided around ₹67,670 crore to the Jal Jeevan Mission. AMRUT 2.0 has been allocated ₹8,000 crore for upgrading water security and sewerage management. Together, Jal Jeevan Mission and AMRUT 2.0 provide over ₹3,66,670 crore for funding water and wastewater infrastructure across the country. India has set a target of 500 GW renewable energy capacity by 2030, creating opportunities to integrate solar power into water treatment infrastructure.
Technocraft Ventures is well positioned to benefit from a favourable growth opportunity, given rapid urbanisation and strong government spending on water and wastewater infrastructure. The company’s core water & wastewater infrastructure business revenue in FY26 was ₹294.7 crore, which was 85.4% of FY26 revenue, and the order book in this segment was ₹1,856.28 crore. Government schemes such as Jal Jeevan Mission and AMRUT 2.0 for water security and sewerage management are expected to drive sustained project opportunities. The company plans to target bigger infrastructure projects by focusing on Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs) of 50 MLD capacity and Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) of 200 MLD capacity to improve profitability and enhance eligibility for bigger contracts. The company has a proven execution track record of laying over 1,200 km of sewer pipelines and completing STPs with capacities from 3 MLD to 56 MLD. This puts the company in a good position to benefit from increasing government investments, expand into new states and secure larger, higher value projects in the long term.
Now, Technocraft Ventures Ltd is launching its initial public offering (IPO), which consists of a fresh issue of ₹ 202 crore and an offer for sale of ₹50 crore. The total issue size of the IPO is ₹252 crore. Its shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE.
