It mobilised bids for 32,17,81,880 shares compared to 83,17,190 equity shares on offer, translating to 38.69 times subscription, according to the National Stock Exchange (NSE) data.

The ₹251.88 crore initial share sale was a mix of a fresh issue aggregating to ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions.
The fresh issue proceeds will be utilised for the following purposes:
- Funding of working capital requirements
- General corporate purposes
"Our company expects to receive the benefits of listing of the equity shares, including to enhancement of our visibility and our brand image among our existing and potential customers as well as suppliers and creation of a public market for our Equity Shares in India," the company said in its RHP.
Technocraft Ventures is a public infrastructure development firm involved in undertaking turnkey engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. It delivers projects majorly for state governments and government agencies in states like Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
