Shares of infrastructure company Technocraft Ventures made a robust debut on the stock exchanges on Friday, August 14.

The stock is listed at ₹284 apiece on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This reflects a premium of 33.96% over the IPO issue price of ₹212 per equity share.

On the BSE, it started trading at ₹285, up 34.43% from the issue price.

A lot consisted of 70 shares and cost ₹14,840. Investors who received Technocraft Ventures IPO allotment made ₹5,040 per lot, taking the value of their investment to ₹19,880, as per the listing price on the NSE.

The ₹251.88 crore initial public offering comprises a fresh issuance of ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 23.76 lakh shares worth ₹50.37 crore by promoter Kartikey Constructions.

Funds to the tune of ₹150 crore will be utilised to fund the working capital requirements, while the rest will be used for general corporate purposes and offer-related expenses.

The IPO attracted bids for 32,17,81,880 shares against 83,17,190 shares on offer, leading to 38.69 times subscription, as per the National Stock Exchange (NSE) data.

Before the IPO, the company raised ₹75.55 crore from anchor investors, including LRSD Securities Private Limited, Vikasa India EIF 1 Fund, Nakshatra Bharat Vantage Fund, and Venus Investments VCC. The Noida-headquartered firm allotted 35.63 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at ₹212 apiece, the upper end of the IPO price band.

Technocraft Ventures, incorporated in 1998, is an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firm involved in public infrastructure projects. Its operations include roads and highways, electrical transmission, urban infrastructure, water and wastewater infrastructure and operation and maintenance of public utilities.

The company's order book, as of July 15, 2026, stood at ₹1,320.73 crore, consisting of 19 projects.
