The IPO consists a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of up to 1.99 crore equity shares worth ₹105.87 crore by promoters -- Sandeep Aggarwal and Nikunj Aggarwal.
Of the fresh issue, ₹220 crore will be used for funding the company's incremental working capital requirements, ₹20 crore will be earmarked for debt repayment, and the remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Ardee Industries Ltd operates in the circular economy segment, focusing on recovering and recycling end-of-life energy storage products and non-ferrous scrap.

Technocraft Ventures Ltd, incorporated in 1998, is a public infrastructure development company that undertakes turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
