Brainbees Solutions Limited provides multi-channel retailing platform for mothers’, babies’ and kids’ products, in terms of gross merchandise value. It sells mothers’, babies’ and kids’ products through its online platform, Company-owned modern stores, franchisee-owned modern stores and general trade retail distribution. Its segments include India multi-channel, International, Globalbees and Others. India multi-channel segment includes business of manufacturing, buying, selling, advertising, promoting baby and kids’ products in India. International segment includes the business of buying, selling, advertising, promoting baby and kids’ products outside India, which includes United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Globalbees segment is a direct-to-consumer venture that aggregates and invests in e-commerce brands and helps the brands scale and transform their digital impression. The FirstCry platform is a multi-channel retail destination for mothers’, babies’ and kids’ products.
