Cemindia Projects Limited Bonus

Bonus shares are additional shares a company gives to its existing shareholders free of cost, in proportion to the shares they already hold. They are issued out of the company's accumulated reserves.

Cemindia Projects Limited's bonus share history, including bonus ratios, ex-bonus dates and record dates, is shown on this page. Any new bonus issue by Cemindia Projects Limited will be updated here.

A bonus ratio of 1:1 means a shareholder receives one additional share for every one share held. So if you own 100 shares, you would receive 100 extra bonus shares.

No. Issuing bonus shares increases the number of shares you hold but proportionally reduces the share price, so the overall value of your investment stays broadly the same.
