The Company operates through five segments: Debt and equity market operations, Consultancy and Advisory fees, Wealth Advisory / Broking activities, Finance activities and Healthcare activities. The Debt & equity market operations segment consists of dealing/trading in shares and bonds. The Consultancy and Advisory fees segment consist of merchant banking, corporate and loan syndication fees, and arranger of debts/bonds. The Wealth Advisory / Broking activities segment consists of mutual funds, equity initial public offerings (IPOs), fixed deposits of government undertakings, capital gain bonds, and other financial products. Finance activities consists granting of loans. Healthcare services consist of establishing, administering, and running eye-care hospitals. Its subsidiaries include Almondz Finanz Limited, Almondz Global Infra-Consultant Limited, and Almondz Commodities Private Limited, among others.
