About SRIT India Limited

SRIT India Limited is a Bengaluru-headquartered IT and IT-enabled services company with a 26-year operating history. The company designs, implements and operates digital platforms for government bodies and enterprises in India and select overseas markets. Its model combines proprietary and configurable software, custom application development, system integration, third-party hardware and technologies, data migration, cloud or on-premises deployment, and continuing operations and maintenance support. Products can be deployed as complete suites or as selected modules depending on the client’s operational requirements.
Operations are organised into healthcare, electronic governance, and telecommunications and broadband. Electronic governance was the largest vertical in FY26, contributing 68.39% of revenue. It covers e-governance platforms, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, automated traffic enforcement and integrated public-service delivery. Telecommunications and broadband contributed 24.27%, and includes fibre networks, broadband connectivity, IP-MPLS networks, network-management systems and managed services. Healthcare contributed 7.34%, through hospital information systems, RHES, insurance and revenue-cycle platforms, RIS/PACS and connected-health integrations.
The company’s outstanding order book was ₹1,204.72 crore as of June 30, 2026, with 102 ongoing orders. The FY26 year-end order book was recorded at ₹1,182.82 crore, comprising electronic governance at 58.40%, telecommunications and broadband at 38.01%, and healthcare at 3.59%.
The major customer group is government entities, which accounted for 89.41% of FY26 revenue, followed by enterprises with 10.59%. The company served an average of 65 clients in FY26, including 48 repeat clients, translating into a reported repeat-client ratio of 73.85%. Key customers include RailTel Corporation of India, Telecommunications Consultants India, SEEPZ SEZ Authority, Madhya Pradesh Textbook Corporation and CK Birla Hospital.
SRIT generated 94.03% of FY26 revenue domestically and 5.97% internationally. Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka were its principal disclosed domestic markets. Overseas operations span Qatar, UAE, Nigeria, Bahrain, Myanmar, Zambia and Oman; Qatar was the largest overseas contributor at 4.73% of FY26 revenue.
The Indian IT-BPM industry increased from USD 167 billion in FY18 to USD 283 billion in FY25 and is forecasted at USD 315 billion in FY26. The IT services contributed 48% to the industry’s revenue during FY25, with revenues amounting to USD 137.1 billion, whereas domestic IT spending stood at USD 58.2 billion during FY25, registering a growth of 7.0% YoY. Demand drivers such as government digitisation, Digital India, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI, healthcare digitisation, and broadband are some of the key demand factors. Digital India extended till FY26 with an allocation of ₹14,903 crore, and broadband policy includes fibre connections for 270,000 villages by 2030.
SRIT participates directly in these trends through system integration, public-service platforms, fibre networks, healthcare software and managed services. Its e-governance products and project credentials position it to bid for public digital-infrastructure programmes, while RHES, insurance/RCM solutions and the proposed OP Live platform address hospital digitisation, interoperability and outpatient engagement. Telecom capabilities in fibre, broadband and network management are relevant to rural and institutional connectivity expansion. Planned product modernisation, SaaS migration, AI-enabled applications, smart metering and transformer monitoring may broaden its addressable market, but these initiatives remain subject to commercialisation and execution. High government, customer and e-governance concentration means sector growth may not translate automatically into proportionate earnings growth.
Now, SRIT India Ltd is launching its Initial Public Offering (IPO), which consists of a fresh issue of ₹218.40 crore only. Its shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE.
