The initial public offering attracted bids for 1,47,18,85,805 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares on offer, as per the NSE data.

The portion for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) garnered 91.84 times subscription, while the category for non-institutional investors was subscribed 312.99 times. The quota for retail investors was booked 63.70 times.

The IPO comprised only a fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares worth ₹218.40 crore. There was no offer for sale component.

The net proceeds will be used for capital expenditure requirements towards modernisation of existing products and redevelopment, working capital needs, inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
