SRIT India shares list at 14% premium on NSE; here's how much investors made per lot

Shares of SRIT India Ltd made a decent debut on the stock exchanges on Tuesday, October 6.

The stock started trading at ₹148 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). This reflects a premium of 13.85% over the IPO issue price of ₹130 per share.

At the BSE, it listed at ₹139.80, a premium of 7.54%.

SRIT India share price: Here's how much investors made per lot

A lot consists of 115 shares and costs ₹14,950. Investors who received the SRIT India IPO allotment made ₹2,070 per lot, taking the value of their investment to ₹17,020, as per the listing price on the NSE.

The initial public offering was subscribed 125.16 times, as it got bids for 1,47,18,85,805 shares versus 1,17,60,000 shares reserved, according to the NSE data.

Non-institutional investors led the bidding, as they subscribed their part 312.99 times. The category for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 91.84 times, while the retail investors' quota was booked 63.70 times.

The IPO consisted solely of a fresh issuance of 1.68 crore equity shares aggregating to ₹218.40 crore, with no offer for sale (OFS) component.

The funds generated will be utilised for capital expenditure needs towards modernisation of existing products and redevelopment, working capital requirements, inorganic growth through unidentified acquisitions and corporate general purposes.

Before the IPO, the company raised ₹65.52 crore from anchor investors, including Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund 2, Founders, Taurus Mutual Fund and Saint Capital Fund.

SRIT India is an IT/ITeS solutions company, offering digital solutions and automation of systems by custom application development and integration services. The company designs, implements and runs digital platforms for government entities, domestic enterprises and select overseas markets.

Its offerings include digital health platforms, healthcare information systems, cybersecurity, enterprise software, networking, connectivity, e-governance solutions, fibre optic infrastructure, automation, system integration and managed services.
