How to disable a segment from the Upstox Web platform using ‘Kill Switch’?

Step 1: Log in to pro.upstox.com using your registered mobile number or scan the QR code.



Step 2: Click on 'Your Name' then click on ‘My Account’.



Step 3: Click on ‘My trading Segments/Block account’. Then click on 'Kill Switch' to disable the segment.



Step 4: Click on any active segment that you want to disable. Then click on ‘Save Changes’.



Step 5: Click on ‘I understand’.



Step 6: Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered email ID. Then click on ‘Continue’.



Step 7: You have successfully disabled your active segment.



Note: You can re-enable your segment after 12 hours from the last date and time when you disabled it.
