The Government of India is selling up to a 6% stake in Hindustan Copper through an Offer For Sale (OFS).
Yesterday (25 Aug), the OFS saw strong demand from non-retail investors, with the portion getting oversubscribed 3.41 times.
Details of the OFS for retail investors:
- Floor price is ₹520/share (~3.5% below the current price)
- A maximum of ₹2 lakhs can be invested
- OFS is open only till 3:30 PM today (26 Aug)
Steps to apply for the OFS on Upstox:

- Under ‘Actions’, go to Corporate Actions
- In the OFS tab, you’ll see ‘Hindustan Copper OFS’
