The company is engaged in exclusive façade solutions and fenestration having its operations in India, the United States and Australia. Glass Wall Systems (India) is the second largest façade solutions provider in India in terms of revenue for both FY25 and FY24 and also was the largest façade exporter in India in 2024 as per the Ken Report. The company has been in the industry for more than two decades and has successfully delivered 158 projects till March 31, 2026.
Glass Wall Systems (India) runs its business in three different verticals, namely domestic façade solutions, international façade products supply and fenestration solutions. The domestic business provides comprehensive service of design, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, supply and installation, whereas the international business caters to the design, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing and supply of façade products to overseas contractors. Fenestration Solutions of the company has concentrated itself on the fast-emerging luxury residential market of India through customised windows, doors, skylights and partition systems.
In August 2025, the company acquired Yes Systems Private Limited to improve its standing in the premium fenestration market. Yes Systems runs its business on the ‘ORIA’ brand name and offers custom energy-efficient fenestration solutions for luxury residential developers and high net worth individuals in India. As a result of the acquisition, the company now offers premium products such as custom luxury windows, doors, skylights and partitioning systems, along with enjoying partnerships of Yes Systems with international architectural solutions providers.
Glass Wall Systems caters to real estate developers, hospitals, airport authorities, general contractors and corporates in India, along with offering facade solutions to contractors and general contractors in the USA and Australia. The company has enjoyed good client relationships over many years with Bagmane, K Raheja and Prestige, some relationships being more than eight years old and even up to 12 years old. It has an impressive portfolio of projects in domestic and international markets.
The firm has also made substantial strides in expanding globally, especially in the USA and Australia. Some of the firm’s key projects abroad have been Jackson Avenue, 1400 South Wabash, 2300 Market Place, Harper Court and Spark GTIC in the USA, and Project Dove in Australia. This reflects the firm’s ability to design, manufacture, and deliver advanced façade products worldwide. The main manufacturing plant of the firm is based at Vile Bhagad, Maharashtra, which is spread across an area of 101,299 square metres. On March 31, 2026, the total area under development for manufacturing activities was 32,415.45 square metres, with the expanded capacity for production of 130 panels per day. There are four production lines in operation at the plant, along with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and automation in logistics.
As of March 31, 2026, the firm had 22 domestic clients and 5 international clients with active projects. The company has worked with renowned developers and clients, including Embassy, Lodha, Bagmane, Prestige and K Raheja in India, while the international clients are Reflection Window + Wall and Winpro in the USA and SRG Global in Australia. The Indian façade and fenestration market was estimated at ₹35,130 crore in FY26 and will reach ₹55,180 crore in FY30, translating into a CAGR of 11.9%. In addition, the façade market is anticipated to achieve a size of ₹14,410 bn in FY30, with a CAGR of 12.3%, due to the growing construction activity in commercial, premium residential and infrastructure projects. The increasing usage of high-performance glazing, curtain walls and sustainable building envelopes is further driving the demand in the market, while the price fluctuations in aluminium and glass are considered one of the major industry concerns.
