The basis of allotment of Glass Wall Systems (India) Ltd is expected to be finalised on Friday, September 11. The bid finalisation details will be available on the websites of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the BSE and MUFG Intime India.

The initial public offering was subscribed 81.65 times. It received bids for 1,34,37,28,588 shares compared to 1,64,57,298 shares on offer, according to the BSE data.

The ₹427.89 crore initial share sale was a mix of a fresh issuance of ₹60 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) component of ₹367.89 crore by promoters Jawahar Hariram Hemrajani and Eshan Jawahar Hemrajani and investor India Business Excellence Fund IIA.

The fresh funds raised will be used for capital expenditure needs for establishing a glass processing unit as part of planned backward integration at its Vile Bhagad Facility and general corporate purposes.

"Our company expects to receive the benefits of listing of equity shares on the stock exchanges, including enhancing our visibility and our brand image among our customers and creating a public market for our equity shares in India," the firm said.

Glass Wall Systems India Limited is a premium facade solutions and fenestration provider in India and overseas territories such as the USA and Australia. It was also India's largest facade exporter in 2024. As of March 31, 2026, it has completed 158 projects.
