The company's products pipeline include zelenectide pevedotin, a bicycle toxin conjugate (BTC), which is in phase I/II/III clinical trials for the treatment of high nectin-4 expressing tumors; BT5528 (EphA2), a BTC that is in phase I/II clinical trials to treat Ephrin type A receptor 2 expressing tumor; and BT7480, a Bicycle tumor-targeted immune cell agonist molecule, which is in phase I/II targeting nectin-4 and agonizing CD137. In addition, it develops Novel CNS targets, which is in preclinical trial targeting CNS disease; Novel neuromuscular targets, which is in preclinical trial targeting neuromuscular disease; and programs that is in preclinical trial targeting radiopharmaceutical. Further, the company collaborates with biopharmaceutical companies and organizations to develop programs in therapeutic areas.
