Cindrella Hotels Limited is an India-based company, which is involved in the hospitality, travel and tourism sectors. The Company operates the Cindrella Hotel (four-star facility) (the Hotel), which is located in Siliguri, north Bengal. Its business activities also encompass Darjeeling district, state of Sikkim and Bhutan. It offers around 43 accommodations in five categories: deluxe double/twin room, executive room, pool-view room, super deluxe room and suite. Each room features amenities, including air-conditioning, complimentary wi-fi, and a tea and coffee maker. The Hotel features two dining options: Amrapali Restaurant and Recoil Bar & Patio. The Hotel offers seven versatile banquet halls, including two outdoor lawns and five indoor spaces, ranging from 800 square feet (sq. ft.) to 17,000 sq. ft. These venues are used for events, such as conferences, meetings and weddings. The Company is engaged in the business of selling tour packages to both domestic and international travelers.
