It operates in the financing activities segment. It gives access to short-term business loans through the Capital Business Loans (CBL) offering. It offers Capital Trust employees the opportunity to access a portion of their upcoming salary in advance through the Capital Salary Advance facility. This is essentially a loan against their future earnings, which they then repay in installments from their subsequent paychecks. It has developed a rural doorstep-financial technology focusing on providing financial inclusion services to underserved India. Customers can view their loan details, transaction history, and make online repayments through the application that is offered. The financial facilities primarily cater to individuals with low incomes who operate small businesses, often without collateral or a credit history.
