The Company's projects include Magnolia Woods; Vihaana; Sri Niketan; Vinyasa; Villa Viviana; Esta; Arihant Aira; Arihant Ocean Tower; Arihant Frangipani; Arihant Technopolis, Boat Club, Kilpauk and others. Its residential projects include Vipassana, Vilaya, Villa Viviana Plots and Saraswathi. Its commercial projects include Rohini. The Vipassana project is located in Saidapet, Chennai.
