About Vama Wovenfab Limited
Incorporated in 2011, Vama Wovenfab manufactures and sells polypropylene and high-density polyethylene woven bags and fabrics and trades in plastic granules. It supplies customised bulk packaging to manufacturers and traders through a business-to-business (B-to-B) model.
The company’s products include PP and HDPE bags, BOPP bags, loop-handle bags and woven fabric sheets, serving agriculture, food processing, fertilisers, chemicals, cement and other packaging applications.
Vama Wovenfab operates a manufacturing unit at Bhimpore, Nani Daman. The integrated process converts plastic granules into tapes, weaves them into fabric and processes fabric into bags. In FY26, installed capacity was 86.40 lakh kg for tape extrusion and 44.71 lakh kg for weaving, with utilisation of 42% and 82%, respectively. Automated and manual bag-making capacity each operated at 26% utilisation.
Trading contributed 61.3% of revenue, compared with 29.1% in FY25. Manufactured products contributed 38.5%: woven fabrics generated 20.6%, and woven bags 17.9%. Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli contributed 47.9%, Maharashtra 39.6% and Gujarat 12.4% of revenue. The company generated revenue from 64 customers in FY26; the largest customer contributed 63.6%, and the top ten accounted for 96.8%. The largest supplier represented 68.4% of total raw-material and traded-goods purchases.
