About Vaibhav Vyapaar Limited

Vaibhav Vyapaar, incorporated in February 2009, is an RBI-registered non-banking financial company that provides unsecured personal loans to salaried and self-employed individuals through its LoanFront digital platform.
The company sources loans via direct and co-lending, as well as provides application and technology services to other NBFCs. The company provides loans to self-employed individuals from ₹1,500 to ₹30,000 for 3 to 12 months and salaried individuals from ₹10,000 to ₹2,00,000 for 3 to 24 months.
The AUM for FY26 was ₹70.68 crore, with 87.3% being on-book/direct lending, and 12.6% being off-book/co-lending. 55.6% of AUM was of salaried individuals, and 44.3% were self-employed. The off-book business model changed from business correspondent in FY25 to co-lending in FY26.
In FY26, own revenue accounted for 91.8%, and application and technology services were 8.1%. Technology-service contribution rose from 4.1% in FY24 to 8.1% in FY26. Repeat customers generated 75.4% of FY26 revenue, and new customers generated 24.6%. In FY26, Tamil Nadu contributed 21.9% of revenue, Karnataka 20.2%, Andhra Pradesh 14.1%, Telangana 12.7% and Maharashtra 11.1%.
