UHM Vacation is engaged in the business of travel and tourism aggregator services, offering a comprehensive range of travel and tourism solutions through its platform. It offers international and domestic air ticket booking services, accommodation booking services and other travel and tourism-related services, including holiday package bookings, tours & activities bookings, transfer management services, car rental services, visa services, cruise bookings, etc. It provides services through a technology platform that connects travel service providers with travel buyers.

It sources and aggregates services from airline operators, accommodation service providers, cruise lines, car rental companies, visa facilitators, and other travel service providers with direct connectivity or through third-party aggregators and offers them to its clients as per their needs.

The company’s business has historically operated under an asset-light aggregation model; it intends to selectively adopt asset ownership and inventory-backed models in certain service verticals to enhance service reliability, improve margins, and strengthen customer experience, while continuing to leverage its technology-driven aggregation platform.

Its main products are air ticketing, tours & activities, accommodation, visa services, Transfers, cruise bookings and car rentals. The company has a presence in India and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries through its network of registered agents who use its platform to make a variety of bookings. It operates through a wholly owned subsidiary, Arabian Wonder FZC LLC, where the company holds 99% equity. More than 50% of the 11MFY26 revenue was generated by Maharashtra. Hotel & Ancillary segment produced 71% revenue, and travel & tourism services made up 13% in 11MFY26.
