About Sotefin Bharat Limited
Incorporated in 2012, Sotefin Bharat is engaged in mechanised and automated parking solutions, offering design, manufacturing, installation and O&M services. The company operates with continuous technology support from Sotefin SA, Switzerland, a business that has been in automated parking since 1956 and pioneered the trolley-based vehicle transfer system, patented in 1959. As of March 31, 2026, the company had completed more than 55 projects and had over 30 projects under execution across India, the US and Dubai.
The company's offerings span four broad categories - fully automated robotic parking systems (built on Sotefin SA's SILOMAT Shuttle and Dolly technology), puzzle parking systems, tower parking systems (further split into travelling, comb and pallet types), and stack parking systems for smaller residential use. On a product basis, robotic parking dominates the mix and its share has been rising steadily from 74.8% of revenue in FY24 to 94.1% in FY26 while puzzle parking has correspondingly shrunk from 21.1% to 5.6% over the same period.
The customer base splits into private developers (AUM G M Heights, Hubtown, Mesacon Spaces among others) and government/public sector bodies (MCD, MCGM/BMC, CPWD, MMRDA, NHIDCL, SDMC). Government bodies contributed 56.5% of FY26 revenue versus 43.4% from private developers. The top customer alone made up 48.2% of FY26 revenue (versus just 16.9% in FY25) while the top five customers accounted for 80.1%. Mumbai accounted for 82.5% in FY26. Exports contributed just ₹1.72 lakh (0.01%) in FY26. The company runs a single manufacturing unit at Bagnan, Howrah, spread over 1,786.19 square metres, with installed structural/fabrication capacity of 4,000 car spaces per annum against an optimum capacity of 10,000 car spaces.
