About Simca Advertising Limited

Mumbai-based Simca Advertising provides different types of outdoor advertising solutions to advertisers around Mumbai and other states. The company has a large selection of outdoor advertising options including hoardings, gantries, bus panels, bus shelters, kiosks, utilities, and vinyl signage as well as over 100 media assets across Mumbai in high traffic areas including arterial roads, major junctions, commercial areas, and marketplaces.
The company generates revenue from three primary service categories: Traditional out-of-home (OOH) advertising which made up 63.42% of total revenue, Digital out-of-home advertising which contributed 36.01%, and event sponsorship & campaigns which accounted for 0.57% in 9MFY26. Notably, DOOH has rapidly become a larger portion of total revenue, going from 0.0% to 14.5% in FY24 and again to 23.0% in FY25. Space selling fee revenues are approximately 99.58 % of total company revenues and vinyl mounting and dismounting fees account for the remaining balance.
As of December 31, 2025, Simca provides services to 133 clients out of which 130 are in the private sector and three are in the Government sector. The number of total advertising media assets has increased from 86 in FY23 to 150 as of Dec 2025. The number of LED billboards has increased from 0 in FY23 to 72 as of Dec 2025. Ad Placement's utilisation rate improved to 77.96% for 9MFY26, compared to 57.92% for FY23.
The state of Maharashtra has the highest contribution as 81.17% of revenues in 9MFY26. The company has also started to grow its geographical presence to other states, including Karnataka at 5.81%, Haryana at 9.47%, and Uttar Pradesh at 2.82%. In terms of sectors, advertising services (third-party agencies) made the largest contribution at 58.63%, followed by real estate at 27.32%, and banking & insurance at 5.62%.
