About Sampark India Logistics Limited

Sampark India Logistics offers integrated logistics solutions across India and acts as a carrying and forwarding agent. Since inception, the company has primarily focused on the B2B segment and caters to industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables and textiles.
The company offers both Full Truckload (FTL) and Less Than Truckload (LTL) transportation services. As of the date of the RHP, the company had a network of 50 branch offices across 18 states. It owns a fleet of 56 commercial vehicles, consisting of five small vehicles and 51 heavy commercial vehicles. These vehicles are equipped with GPS-enabled tracking systems and electronic locking mechanisms, which allow customers to monitor shipments in real time and enhance cargo security throughout transit.
In addition to transportation services, the company has eight leased warehouses with a combined storage area of 1,24,500 sq ft. These facilities are strategically located in Ambala, Roorkee, Hyderabad, Aurangabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Nashik and Bhiwandi. The warehousing business offers a range of value-added services, including storage management, inventory management, spare parts warehousing and packaging solutions.
The company's revenue is derived from three primary sources: First is freight and logistics services, second is warehouse operations, and lastly, rental income from trucks and GPS devices. During 9MFY26, freight income remained the dominant contributor, accounting for 77.61% of total revenue. Warehouse operation income contributed 3.53%, while unbilled freight income (road shipment) accounted for 18.86% of total revenue. Unbilled freight income is recognised where the major part of the expenses for the service were incurred during the year, but an invoice could not be raised due to some pendency on the part of the service or approval from service recipients is pending.
Within the freight segment, air transportation emerged as the largest contributor, accounting for 46.94% of freight revenue during 9MFY26. Road transportation contributed 46.41%, while rail transportation accounted for the remaining 6.65% during the same period. Tamil Nadu was the largest contributor, accounting for 20.67% of total revenue, followed by Haryana at 15.98% and Maharashtra at 10.21% in 9MFY26.
