About Q &T Foods Limited
Q&T Foods was incorporated in 2018 and is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing and sale of savoury bakery products under its brand “American Bakers.” The company offers a range of products such as milk bread, white bread, multigrain bread, brown bread, fruit bread, Kulcha, Pav, burger buns, pizza bases, sweet buns and masala buns. These products are primarily sold to local consumers through a network of more than 50 dealers, who further distribute them to retailers and end-consumers through multi-brand outlets. The company’s manufacturing operations are carried out at its in-house facility in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, which is spread across 10,750 sq. ft. and has an installed capacity of 9,472 tonnes per annum. The facility is accredited with ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP quality management systems.
The company’s capacity utilisation increased from 78.6% in FY24 to 84.3% in FY25 and 91.3% in FY26, while actual production increased from 7,446 tonnes to 7,994 tonnes and 8,651 tonnes, respectively. Bread products contributed the largest share of revenue, accounting for 99.9% of revenue from operations in FY26, followed by other bakery products. Uttar Pradesh remained the company’s largest market, contributing 99.25% of revenue from operations in FY26, while Haryana contributed the remaining 0.75%. The company plans to expand its geographic presence beyond Uttar Pradesh and enter the wider domestic market. The company’s business strategy focuses on expanding into higher-margin bakery products, widening its customer base, strengthening dealer relationships, expanding its geographic reach and improving operational efficiency. Its top ten suppliers accounted for 36.07% of purchases in FY26, while its top ten customers contributed 25.01% of revenue from operations during the same year. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 37 employees, including 27 employees engaged in production, supervision and factory-helper roles.
