Propshop Events & Exhibition was registered in 2019 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company is involved in the trade show and exhibition booth solutions business, and it provides both custom and modular exhibitions, which include concept design, 3D visualisation, project management, logistics, supervision, fabrication, installation and dismantling. This firm's operations are present in several important markets, such as India, Dubai, the USA, the UK, Germany, and other countries, having more than 12 years of experience in event executions which include B2B and B2C events.
The firm follows a two-way execution strategy, which includes outsourcing or subcontracting and in-house project execution. Though the services such as booth fabrication and others are mostly outsourced to subcontractors, this takes place under the company's direct supervision. The design and conceptualisation part is done in-house and in collaboration with others on a project-wise basis. Subcontracting for other firms is also taken up by the company.
As of June 30, 2026, the company’s order book position stood at ₹13.57 crore, of which ₹6.07 crore was contributed by healthcare & cosmetics. The business has branched out to many industries, with building materials making up 30.73% of revenue followed by industrial machinery & equipment at 19.75% and healthcare and cosmetics at 14.87% in 11MFY26. International revenue has grown substantially from 0.61% in FY23 to 12.83% till February 28, 2026. Gujarat and Maharashtra contributed to over 58% of revenues in India.
