About Pramodini Medicare Limited

Pramodini Medicare was incorporated in 2000 and is an integrated diagnostic service provider offering technology-enabled services across radiology, clinical laboratory and nuclear medicine. The company provides diagnostic services to public hospitals, private hospitals, government public sector undertakings (PSUs), medical colleges and individual patients across Tier I, II and III cities in India.
The company’s service portfolio includes MRI, CT scans, X-rays, ultrasound with colour Doppler, mammography, DEXA scans, interventional radiology, pathology, microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, PET-CT, SPECT and nuclear therapy. The company operates through four business models; Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Private-Private Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships with Government PSUs and standalone diagnostic centres, and also provides 24×7 teleradiology services from Vijayawada.
As of the RHP filing date, it operated 16 diagnostic centres across 14 cities in seven states, supported by a processing laboratory in Vijayawada. Its diagnostic infrastructure includes 8 CT scanners, 7 MRI systems, 20 X-ray machines, 15 ultrasound systems, 2 mammography units, 2 DEXA scanners and 1 PET-CT system.
Radiology services contributed the largest share of revenue from operations at 97.05% in FY26, followed by clinical laboratory services at 2.37% and nuclear medicine at 0.58%. Revenue from Public-Private Partnership centres accounted for 54.19% of FY26 revenue, while government customers (B2G) contributed 61.46% of revenue from operations. Andhra Pradesh was the largest geographical market, contributing 61.90% of FY26 revenue, followed by Karnataka at 20.82%. During FY26, the company conducted 4.74 lakh diagnostic tests, approximately doubling from the previous year.
