About Pooja Logistics Limited

Pooja Logistics provides temperature-controlled logistics services for perishable goods across India through refrigerated trucks. Incorporated in 2011, it serves customers in confectionery, dairy, quick-service restaurants, e-commerce and related sectors.
The company generally operates on a trip-to-trip model and uses GPS tracking, temperature monitoring, vehicle movement reports, and driver and truck management systems to manage consignments from pickup to delivery.
The company operates a mixed fleet of owned and hired vehicles. At March 31, 2026, its owned fleet comprised 424 vehicles: 16 small vehicles, 59 light commercial vehicles and 349 heavy commercial vehicles. All existing commercial vehicles are deployed in operations except vehicles temporarily under maintenance, repair, replacement or disposal. In FY26, owned vehicles generated 67.6% of revenue from operations and hired vehicles generated 32.3%. The owned-fleet share was 66.4% in FY25 and 77.5% in FY24.
By service type, primary transportation contributed 24.8% of FY26 revenue and secondary transportation contributed 75.1%; the corresponding FY24 shares were 11.4% and 88.5%. Revenue is generated through per-trip primary transport, monthly intra-city secondary transport and dedicated-vehicle arrangements.
FMCG customers accounted for 95.07% of FY26 revenue, while logistics and supply-chain customers accounted for 4.9%. The company serves multinational companies, Indian businesses and MSMEs through direct engagement and e-bidding. Its top 10 customers contributed 68.1% of FY26 revenue, compared with 75.5% in FY25 and 81.6% in FY24.
The company provides services across more than 26 Indian states. Haryana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi contributed 26.55%, 12.01%, 11.38% and 10.86% of FY26 revenue, respectively. Domestic services contributed 99.9% of FY26 revenue; international services to Nepal contributed 0.01%.
