About Pind Hospitality Limited
Pind Hospitality operates a hybrid restaurant and food-delivery business under the Pind Punjab brand. Its menu is focused on North Indian and Punjabi cuisine and includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian thalis, a la carte items, meal combos and selected Chinese and Thai dishes.
The company serves dine-in and takeaway customers, accepts orders through third-party delivery apps, its own application, online and telephone channels, and also serves corporate bulk and outdoor-catering requirements. The group has five restaurants in Pune on leave-and-licence premises: four licensed to the company and one to the Pind Punjab partnership. The partnership operated three restaurants, while the company operated Eleven West (Panchshil), Viman Nagar and a food counter in a Pune IT park.
Orders are served through multiple food-delivery apps reported at 4.31 lakh in FY26 and revenue from third-party food-delivery apps to ₹19.16 crore FY26. The company has no export exposure. The delivery model uses third-party end-to-end delivery as well as direct orders fulfilled by the company's own or engaged riders within its operating area.
The company derives its revenue from online-platform sales, sales of raw material to a related party and outdoor-catering services. In FY26, online-platform sales contributed 78.3% of revenue and outdoor catering contributed 21.6% and no raw-material sale was reported. In FY24, the corresponding mix was 86.4%, 3.1% and 10.5%, respectively. Outdoor catering therefore increased from ₹0.64 crore in FY24 to ₹5.29 crore in FY26, while raw-material sales ceased in FY26. The company sources perishables such as dairy products, vegetables and meat from local vendors and also uses organised vendors for safety and quality requirements.
