About Paramount Syntex Limited
Paramount Syntex manufactures synthetic fibres, yarns and textile products and also undertakes trading. Its in-house operations cover fibre processing, tow dyeing, hank dyeing, spinning, bulking and packing.
The company was incorporated in 1996 and operates from a registered office in Mumbai and two factory units at Village Mangarh, Ludhiana, with combined factory land of approximately 7,268.73 sq. yards. Manufacturing and trading of fibre, yarn and knitted cloth formed a single business segment and accounted for 100% of FY26 revenue from operations.
The product range includes acrylic, polyester, wool, nylon, high-bulk and blended yarns; recycled synthetic fibres; and acrylic and knitted cloth. FY26 revenue was led by acrylic/wool yarns at 60.58%, followed by acrylic/knitted cloth at 16.11%, polyester yarn at 6.62%, raw wool and raw waste at 4.80%, tow/fibre at 4.17%, nylon yarn at 3.05%, job work at 2.62%, acrylic waste at 1.78% and others at 0.28%.
These products serve textile applications including apparel, knitwear, hosiery, home furnishings and industrial uses. The company processes waste generated by virgin synthetic-fibre manufacturers into recycled fibre and yarn, with raw material sourced from domestic and international suppliers, primarily Thailand.
For FY26, installed capacity for tow dyeing, hank dyeing, fibre and spinning was 1,350, 1,260, 2,400 and 1,200, respectively; corresponding utilisation was 1,100, 1,190, 2,100 and 1,100. Overall utilisation increased from 76.9% in FY24 to 88.7% in FY26. The FY26 sales were entirely domestic. Punjab contributed 90.6%, followed by Maharashtra at 4.3%, Uttar Pradesh at 3.30%, Delhi at 1.06%, Himachal Pradesh at 0.4% and Haryana at 0.2%.
