About Omara Ventures India Limited
Omara Ventures India Limited, incorporated in October 2020, operates a retail jewellery business under the Omara brand. It sells diamond jewellery made with natural diamonds and precious and semi-precious gemstones set in gold, platinum and silver, primarily through its Chandigarh retail boutique. The company mainly serves B2C customers and offers wedding, festive, special-occasion and daily-wear jewellery across price points.
The company conceptualises and develops designs in-house, analyses customer preferences, curates products and manages retail merchandising. Manufacturing is undertaken through product development and supply partners to the company's approved designs, specifications and quality standards. Its range includes necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets and other jewellery products, and it also provides customisation services. Procurement of diamonds, gemstones, precious metals and allied materials may be undertaken directly or through the supply partners.
In FY26, solitaire and diamond jewellery contributed 66.96% of revenue, gold jewellery 31.80% and silver coins 1.24%. The mix shifted from FY24, when solitaire and diamond jewellery contributed 96.31% and gold jewellery 3.69%; silver coins had no reported contribution in FY24 or FY25. The business is concentrated in Chandigarh, which accounted for 82.92% of FY26 revenue, followed by Maharashtra at 16.34% and Punjab at 0.74%. Distribution is primarily retail-led through the boutique, private consultations, exhibitions, events and digital enquiries.
