Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure Ltd (MRIL), incorporated in 2005, is a real estate developer offering services in structural repairs, waterproofing, interiors, BOT projects, maintenance, construction, and infrastructure restoration. It derived 84.52% of FY25 revenue from works contracts, 15.02% from corporate interiors, and 0.46% from maintenance. As of December 31, 2024, the company had executed 193 projects across 8 states, with the majority of projects in Maharashtra (109 projects), followed by 11 in Gujarat. The company has delivered advanced structural repair work for government bodies and public sector organisations like CIDCO, SBI, and the Airport Authority of India.
