About Liqvd Digital India Limited

Founded in 2013, Liqvd Digital India is a creative-first agency providing end-to-end marketing solutions. Its services include content creation and production, media planning and buying, content marketing, performance reporting, social media management, online reputation management, influencer marketing through an in-house creator network, and web and application development. It serves large enterprises, mid-sized brands and direct-to-consumer start-ups.
The company operates four business verticals. Media earns commissions from planning and buying across digital and offline platforms; retainers are generally monthly recurring mandates with an approximate one-year tenure; projects are one-time assignments; and production typically earns an agency commission while using specialist third parties and, for some work, the internal studio.
In FY26, retainers contributed 55.3% of revenue from operations, media 36.8%, projects 5.7% and production 2.1%. Retainer contribution increased from 19.2% in FY25 and 35.8% in FY24, primarily because AdLift's search engine optimization revenue was consolidated under this vertical.
The company acquired a majority stake in AdLift Marketing in April 2025. AdLift operates in India and the United States through AdLift Inc and focuses on search engine optimization, content marketing and performance marketing.
The company has offices in Mumbai and Gurgaon and a compact in-house studio in Mumbai. Its customers span financial services, FMCG, information technology and communication, healthcare, manufacturing, logistics and other sectors. In FY26, financial services, FMCG, and information technology and communication accounted for 25.6%, 21.8%, and 19.3% of revenue from operations, respectively. FY26 revenue from operations was 67.3% domestic and 32.6% export, compared with 99.8% domestic and 0.1% export in FY25 and fully domestic revenue in FY24. Within FY26 domestic revenue, Maharashtra contributed 43.9%, followed by Haryana at 15.9%, Delhi at 12.5%, and Karnataka at 12.1%. The overseas presence arose through AdLift Inc in the United States.
