About Green Asia Impex Limited

Incorporated in 2014, Green Asia Impex is engaged in the sourcing, processing and export of frozen seafood and agri-commodities, with a focus on frozen shrimps and dried chillies.
The company supplies its products to B2B customers, including importers, distributors and food-processing entities, in domestic and international markets. Before commissioning its own shrimp processing facility in January 2023, it used third-party facilities.
The business has a single segment covering processing and sale of shrimps and chillies in India and abroad. In FY26, shrimps earned ₹336.83 crore which was 87.7% of revenue from operations; dried chilies stood at ₹37.52 crore which was 9.7% and other revenue from operations accounted for ₹9.46 crore.
The usage of shrimp went from 87% in FY24 to 80.7% in FY25 and to 87.7% in FY26 while that of dried chillies changed from 9.5%, to 16.7% and then to 9.7%. The shrimp types are Vannamei shrimps, Black Tiger shrimps, and freshwater shrimps supplied as Head-On Shell-On, Headless Shell-On and Peeled & Deveined formats. Chilli products include whole and stemless Teja, Guntur Sannam and Bydagi varieties.
The owned shrimp facility at Unguturu, Tadepalligudem has a built-up area of 1,838.76 sq. m. and installed capacity of 7,200 MTPA for block freezing and 3,600 MTPA for IQF processing. Net production after processing wastage was 2,763 MT and 468 MT, implying net utilisation of 38.38% and 13.00% in FY26. The proposed Chinnayagudem facility is expected to add about 11,100 MTPA, taking aggregate shrimp processing capacity to about 21,900 MTPA. Dried-chilli processing is conducted at a leased facility in Kurnuthala, Vatticherukuru Mandal, Guntur District. It had an installed capacity of 1,500 MT in each of FY24-FY26.
Cleaning, grading, sorting and stem removal are predominantly manual, with limited machinery used according to customer specifications. The company sourced 100% of shrimp and dried-chilli raw-material requirements through trader-cum-commission agents during the last 3 financial years and did not source directly from farmers.
FY26 domestic sales were ₹229.46 crore, or 59.7% of revenue from operations, while exports were ₹144.88 crore, or 37.7%; services and other operating revenue formed the balance. As at March 31, 2026, exports reached China, Kuwait, the USA, Malaysia, the UK, Vietnam and Thailand. China accounted for ₹107.81 crore of shrimp revenue and ₹12.28 crore of dried-chilli revenue in FY26.
