Incorporated in 2003, E Factor Experiences Limited is an award-winning Indian event management company engaged in providing the consumers and community with event experiences, event services, technology based permanent & semi-permanent multimedia light & sound installations and specialized turnkey event assignments, wedding management, private and social event solutions.
Their portfolio includes government-commissioned tourism events, cultural light and sound shows, sporting events, conferences, mega ground concerts, televised events, and private celebrations.
The company prides itself on delivering high-quality events that create memorable experiences for their audiences. They also operate an experiential tourism brand called "Sky Waltz," which specialises in hot air ballooning and yachting activities in multiple locations across India. Their subsidiary, Sky Waltz, is a government-approved commercial hot air balloon operator and has a fleet of 2 yachts and 11 hot air balloons.
Additionally, the company has acquired a stake in Untamed Leisure and Hospitality Private Limited, an associate company engaged in event management, hospitality services, and leisure and entertainment activities. The company has grown from its New Delhi office to establish a presence in different parts of India, with offices in Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, and Odisha.
Now, E Factor Experiences Limited is coming out with its initial public offer (IPO).The Company intends to utilise the proceeds of the Issue to meet the following objects:
