About Crazy Snacks Limited
Incorporated in 1995, Crazy Snacks offers a wide range of bakery products to meet the everyday needs of Indian consumers. It offers 150 products priced between ₹2 to ₹170 including bread, buns, cakes and rusks. It also specialises in snacks including namkeen, chips, popcorn, and potato sticks priced between ₹5 and ₹50, through its subsidiary named “Crazy Bakery Udyog Private Limited”.
The company offers its products under three brands: Crazy, Bity, and Baked Gold. Crazy offers affordable products across all categories for everyday snacking and bakery needs. Bity focuses on premium cakes, breads, and buns for customers seeking higher quality, and Baked Gold specialises in premium cookies and rusks for a more refined, indulgent experience.
The company operates two manufacturing facilities - Crazy Snacks Limited and its subsidiary Crazy Bakery Udyog Private Limited. Both facilities are located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. Product wise, rusks and bread together contributed 85.16% of revenue in 9MFY26. Rusk is sold under the Crazy brand in the ₹5 to ₹75 price range for everyday consumption, and the premium variety is available under the premium Baked Gold brand. The company manufactures and sells over seven varieties of bread in flavours such as brown, multigrain, and milk, priced from ₹12 to ₹60.
The company primarily operates in North India and has 35 vehicles across North India. As of March 2025, the company’s distribution network includes 2,045 distributors, up from 1,425 in 2023. Uttar Pradesh is its largest market and has 1,687 distributors in 9MFY26, with a strong presence also maintained in Bihar, and additional operations in West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha. UP and Bihar together contributed 94.76% of revenue in 9MFY26 and the company does not export any product as of the date of RHP.
