Coreintegra Consulting Services provides end-to-end human resource solutions spanning recruitment and staffing, payroll processing, HR advisory, labour-law compliance, licences and registrations, policy drafting, retainership and assurance services, and vendor management.
The company operates through five key verticals: HR Services, Vendor Management Services, Compliance and Advisory, Reg Tech, and HR Tech Solutions. Its proprietary platforms include CoreX and Core Pay under HR Tech and Ctrl-F and Core-PFT under Reg Tech. The company operates an asset-light model and provides its platforms through cloud-based and subscription-led delivery.
In FY26, HR services generated 63.2% of revenue from operations followed by vendor management services at 32.1%, and compliance and advisory at 3.7%.
From FY24 to FY26, the HR Services share reduced from 68.6% to 63.2%, while Vendor Management increased from 28.2% to 32.1% and Compliance and Advisory increased from 2.3% to 3.7%. The company served more than 600 customers between FY24-FY26 across more than 30 industries, covering 23 states and 4 union territories, more than 1,500 client locations and seven branch offices.
Coreintegra Consulting Services served 288 customers in FY24, 374 in FY25 and 385 in FY26. The customer base comprises mid-to-large enterprises; the top 10 customers contributed 92.3% of FY26 revenue from operations, compared with 93% in FY24.
IT/ITES and infrastructure were the largest industry exposures in FY26 at 55.3% and 35.5% of revenue from operations, respectively, followed by power at 2.6%. Maharashtra contributed 87.9% of FY26 revenue, down from 94.2% in FY24. Rajasthan accounted for 3.9%, Delhi 1.8%, Madhya Pradesh 1.4%, West Bengal 1.2%, Punjab 1.2% and Kerala 1.1% in FY26.
