About Complete Sports and Management India Limited

Complete Sports and Management India operates in the amusement, entertainment and leisure infrastructure segment, with the principal activities being procurement, trade and distribution of amusement and leisure equipment.
The company also provides services like installation, commissioning, maintenance, consultancy and advisory services, thus providing an integrated solution for the entire entertainment project cycle. Its customer base includes FECs, clubs, hotels, resorts, corporate accounts and residential projects. The number of its customers during FY26 was about 90 compare to 95 and 72 in FY25 and FY24, respectively.
The company has a wide range of product portfolio including bowling solutions, arcade games, soft play systems, trampoline parks, bowling spares, consumables, other amusement equipment, etc. An important feature of the company's business is that it is the authorised distributor of Brunswick Bowling Products LLC in India, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. The company provides complete bowling solutions. Brunswick bowling equipment formed 50.2% of revenue from operations in FY26.
Revenue is derived mainly through the distribution, supply and installation of amusement and entertainment solutions. The contribution of these two segments to the overall revenue in FY26 is 91.4% for amusement and entertainment solutions and 8.5% for services. On the other hand, within the product line, bowling contributed 50.2% and arcade games 36.9% of the revenue in FY26, while management contracts contributed 8.53%. In relation to the customer segments, FECs were the biggest contributors, accounting for 87.4% of the revenue in FY26. Geographically, the contribution of revenue was 43.9% for Karnataka, 26.6% for Maharashtra, 7.9% for Telangana, and 7.4% for Delhi, while exports made up 1.9% of revenue.
