Incorporated in 2013, City Crops Agro Limited is involved in trading agricultural products, including seeds, rice, wheat, onions, potatoes, tomatoes, isabgol, and pulses. They operate an integrated online platform offering cereals, oilseeds, pulses, and vegetables. Additionally, the company engages in contract manufacturing of agricultural produce like cucumbers, onions, and castor.
They source agricultural products from manufacturers, pay an advance, label the products, and distribute them through a network of distributors. With decades in the market, the company has established strong relationships with farmers and wholesalers/retailers.
For contract manufacturing, the company leases agricultural land to cultivate cucumbers, onions, and castor, gaining control over the process and obtaining better rates. A portion of the yield is shared with farmers working on leased land, benefiting the local farming community. The company currently holds approximately 47.31 acres of land for agricultural production.
Now, City Crops Agro Limited is coming out with its initial public offer (IPO).  The IPO will be a fresh issue. The money raised will be utilised  to meet the following:
