About Augmont Enterprises Limited

Augmont Enterprises is an integrated gold and silver platform that serves both businesses and consumers across 24 states in India as of March 31, 2026. The company operates across several parts of the gold and silver value chain, including procurement, refining, bullion trading, digital gold, jewellery manufacturing, international sales and technology support for gold-backed financial services.
The company operates through two key business verticals, supported by online platforms and a physical distribution network. The first vertical focuses on enterprise sales through the “Augmont SPOT” platform and international sales. The second vertical focuses on consumers through the “Augmont Gold For All” platform and offline channels.
Augmont SPOT is a fully electronic, over-the-counter, delivery-based bullion platform. The company started the platform in 2012. It allows businesses such as jewellers, bullion dealers and manufacturers with valid GST registrations to buy gold and silver bars online and receive physical delivery at spot delivery centres.
The platform provides real-time price discovery and competitive market-linked rates. As of March 31, 2026, customers could receive deliveries through 20 spot delivery centres spread across 13 states in India. The company directly operates 9 of these centres, while franchisees operate the remaining 11.
Augmont Enterprises also sells gold bullion to asset management companies against units of gold exchange traded funds (ETFs) and trades in gold and silver ETF units. As of March 31, 2026, the Augmont SPOT platform had more than 5,223 registered members, including jewellers, bullion dealers and manufacturers. The company manufactures and sells gold jewellery articles, mainly chains, to jewellery traders based on customer orders. The company started its international sales business in FY23. International sales revenue stood at ₹5,701.49 crore in FY26, contributing 6.05% of operational revenue in FY26. The company manufactures these products at its unit in Sitapur SEZ, Jaipur, Rajasthan. The facility had an installed capacity of 13.80 MTPA as of March 31, 2026. Augmont sells the manufactured jewellery in international markets, including Hong Kong, Turkey and the UAE.
The company operates two gold and silver refining units, one in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand and another in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As of March 31, 2026, the Rudrapur facility had an installed capacity of 144 MTPA, while the Mumbai facility had an installed capacity of 140 MTPA. The company refined 13.34 MT of gold in FY26, compared with 15.08 MT in FY25 and 14.98 MT in FY24.
Augmont used its experience in selling bullion to businesses to enter the consumer market through its “Augmont Gold For All” platform, which it launched in FY21. The platform allows consumers to buy, sell and store gold and silver digitally. The company entered into a service level agreement dated June 1, 2024 with its group company, Finkurve Financial Services Limited (“Finkurve”). Under the agreement, Augmont provides technology, marketing and brand support through its platform for gold loans offered by Finkurve. As of March 31, 2026, Finkurve operated 106 Gold-For-All centres where consumers could access gold and silver-related services.
Augmont has entered into agreements with leading jewellers, including Kalyan Jewellers and CaratLane, which allow consumers to redeem their digital gold at these outlets and receive physical gold. The company has also entered into agreements with more than 218 partners, including Gullak and Candere. Customers can use these partner platforms to place orders for digital gold and silver products. Augmont's investment jewellery products are available across 3,700 physical branches of Muthoot Fincorp. As of March 31, 2026, Augmont had served its digital gold products to more than 4.96 crore registered consumers, either directly or through its alliances.
Gold and silver coins revenue stood at ₹3,675 crore in FY26. Digital gold and silver contributed ₹2,159 crore to earnings, and EMI jewellery contributed ₹846.91 crore. Technology support for gold loans was ₹ 6.14 crore. The consumer-focused businesses together earned total revenue of ₹6,687 crore, which constituted 7.10% of operational revenue. Domestic procurement of Augmont in FY26 was 81.8% of total materials procured. International procurement was 18.1%.
The Indian gold and silver industry is still structurally attractive, underpinned by strong investment demand, rising precious-metal prices and increasing formalisation across refining, bullion trading and jewellery retail. India’s gold demand was 711 tonnes in 2025. Bar & coin demand registered a strong 16.5% CAGR over 2020-25, matching the growth in investment-led demand.
The gold refining industry is also becoming more organised, with 57 BIS-accredited refineries as of March 2026, compared to 33 in 2022, and organised refiners constituting 80-85% of formal refining capacity. The push toward organised jewellery retail, digital bullion platforms, bullion exchanges and Gold Metal Loans further bodes well for the formalisation of the ecosystem. India was the world’s leading exporter of lab-grown diamonds in 2023. The report predicts that by 2030, India will account for around 31% to 35% of the global lab-grown diamond market. The Indian lab-grown diamond jewellery retail market is projected to reach ₹6,300 crore by FY30, expanding at a CAGR of 16.4%.
The company plans to add 15 more delivery centres by FY29. The expansion should help the company scale up its last-mile delivery infrastructure and grow its presence in regions. Augmont also plans to launch more products on its platform, like hallmarked and quality-assured finished and semi-finished jewellery, along with other alloy materials such as copper-based and silver-based alloys. Augmont is the second-largest player in refining, with an annual capacity of 284 tonnes behind MMTC-PAMP at 300 tonnes. This puts the company in good stead to benefit from the ongoing shift to organised precious-metal refining and distribution.
Now, Augmont Enterprises is launching its initial public offering (IPO), which consists of a fresh issue of ₹620 crore and an offer for sale of ₹205 crore. The total issue size of the IPO is ₹825 crore. Its shares will be listed on the NSE and BSE.
