About ABH Healthcare Limited

ABH Healthcare is a Punjab-based specialised tertiary care healthcare organisation that is primarily concerned with providing tertiary healthcare services in Tier 3 cities within the state of Punjab. The company operates its hospital under the “Anil Baghi Hospital” brand with a capacity of 150 beds and focuses on balancing quality healthcare services and affordability.
The hospital was established in 1985 with 30 beds and was acquired by the company in 2022. The hospital increased its bed capacity from 75 beds as of FY22, to 100 beds as of FY24, and further to 150 beds in FY26. As of the RHP date, the hospital offers 25 medical specialties, including cardiac sciences, neurology, minimally invasive spine and brain surgeries, gastroenterology, laparoscopic and bariatric surgery etc. The company is empaneled with over 30 private and public health insurance companies and third-party administrators. It is also empaneled under major government healthcare schemes in the region.
As of FY26, the hospital had 135 operational beds, including 70 ICU beds, 9 pediatric units, 7 emergency units and 10 dialysis beds, including beds provided through the Five Creeks Healthcare LLP partnership. Bed occupancy rate stood at 47% in FY26 compared with 49% in FY25 and 63% in FY24. Average revenue per occupied bed (ARPOB) increased to ₹19,992 in FY26 from ₹18,245 in FY25 and ₹17,808 in FY24. Average length of stay (ALOS) stood at 3.36 days in FY26. The number of in-patient discharged patients stood at 6,387, while out-patient consultations stood at 53,212 during FY26. As of June 30, 2026, the company had 37 doctors and 101 nurses. Over 30% of the doctors have been associated with the hospital for more than five years.
Government schemes & PSUs contributed to the tune of ₹26.74 crore (52.4% of revenue) in FY26, insurance & TPAs ₹4.86 crore (9.5%) and self-pay ₹16.25 crore (31.8%). Payor mix includes exposure to government schemes, insurance and self-pay patients. Government schemes represent the largest share of revenue.
Internal Medicine & Critical Care generated the highest revenue of ₹26.74 crore, representing 52.4% of FY26 revenue from operations followed by general surgery at 5.35%, orthopedics, trauma & joint replacement at 5.2% and cardiology at 5.1%. Pharmacy income increased to ₹2.75 crore in FY26 from ₹1.74 crore in FY24. Laboratory billing income stood at ₹3.50 crore in FY26 compared with ₹3.87 crore in FY24.
Pharmacy and pathology laboratory operations have been outsourced to third-party providers. The company also plans to open urgent care centers in nearby towns at strategic locations to improve access to critical and time sensitive treatment without much capital investment. It also plans to open off-campus outpatient clinics, to increase its presence in the local health care market.
