What are Unpaid Charges?

If your account is showing “Unpaid Charges”, it usually means there are pending charges that haven’t yet been settled.

The most common reasons are:

1. Annual Maintenance Charge (AMC): If there aren’t enough funds in your account at the time of AMC deduction, the charges remain unpaid, leading to a negative balance.

2. Active Algoverse strategy deployment charges: If you don't have enough balance in your account but are still subscribed to any of Algoverse's strategies, these unpaid strategy deployment charges will reflect under ''Unpaid Charges''.

How can I clear unpaid charges?

You can clear the unpaid charges by:

• Adding funds to your account.
• Letting the system auto-recover the amount when you sell securities.

These charges will not appear in your ledger until they are fully paid. Once you add funds or sell securities, the amount is auto-adjusted and will reflect in your Ledger by the end of the day. Once the charges are recovered, your account balance will update, and the charge will be posted to your Ledger.
