Step 1: Log in to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or Biometrics.

Step 2: Click on ‘Upstox Icon’ at the top left corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click on ‘Trading segments’.

Step 4: Select ‘Kill Switch’ to disable the segment.

Step 5: Choose the active segment you want to disable, then click on 'Save Changes'.

Step 6: Click on 'I understand'.

Step 7: Enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your registered email ID and click on ‘Continue’.

Step 8: You have successfully disabled an active segment.

Note: You can re-enable your segment after 12 hours from the last date and time when you disabled it.
