How do I reset my login PIN in the Upstox app?

If you have forgotten your 6 digit login PIN or your account has been blocked due to multiple incorrect PIN entries, you can reset the PIN by following the steps below.


Note: Your account will be blocked after 5 failed attempts.


Steps to Reset Your PIN and Unblock Your Account Using the ‘Forgot PIN’ Option:


Step 1: Click on ‘Forgot PIN’.



Step 2: Enter your PAN details and click on 'Continue'.



Step 3: After entering the PAN details, you will receive an OTP in your registered Mobile Number and Email.



Step 4: Once you enter the OTP, you will get an option to create the 6-digit PIN.



After the 6-digit PIN is created you can then login to the app successfully.
