Can a minor apply for an IPO?

A minor can use ASBA via netbanking with their demat account details to apply for an IPO provided their bank allows minors to apply for IPOs. In case, the minor uses someone else's bank account or demat account details, the IPO application is liable to be rejected by the RTA.
