Types of Brokerage Plans on Upstox

At Upstox, we offer two types of brokerage plans designed to suit different investor needs:

1. Basic Plan

• The brokerage fees for Equity Delivery (buying stocks and selling them after a few days, weeks, months, or years): up to ₹20 per executed order.
• The brokerage fees for Equity Intraday (buying/selling stocks on the same day): ₹20 or 0.1%, whichever is lower, per order.
• Equity Futures, Currency Futures & Commodities Futures: ₹ 20 or 0.05% whichever is lower per order.
• The brokerage fees for Equity Options, Currency Options, and Commodities Options: ₹20 per order executed.

2. Upstox Plus Plan

• We do not charge any brokerage or commission on Mutual Funds.

Penny Stocks:

• For penny stocks (priced below ₹10), the brokerage charge is ₹0.25 per share or ₹20 (whichever is lower) under the Basic plan, and ₹0.25 per share or ₹30 (whichever is lower) under the Plus plan.
• Calculation for Penny Stocks: ₹0.25 (Brokerage) × Quantity of shares (Qty).
