Mac Charles (India) Limited is an India-based company that is primarily involved in the generation of electricity through wind turbine generators located in Gadag and Bellary Districts and in the construction and leasing of commercial real estate properties. The Company’s segments include Real estate, Sale of electricity, and Others. The Company is in the process of redeveloping the erstwhile Le Meridien Hotel site in CBD Bangalore into a landmark A-Grade commercial office building. The Company has diversified into electricity generation through Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) for captive consumption and sale of electricity to GESCOM, HESCOM & Group Cative., and third-party consumers. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Blue Lagoon Real Estate Private Limited, Neptune Real Estate Private Limited, Embassy Prism Ventures Limited, and Mac Charles Hub Projects Private Limited.
